Bubbly 45 started as a simple idea: what if a neighborhood bakery also carried the everyday things you actually need — good coffee, fresh eggs, pantry staples you can trust? We opened our doors at the foot of Hemlock Hills with that question in mind, and the community has been showing up ever since.
